There is a standard SAP report that can be used to download a report or module pool with it's includes and screens. It's a report that is part of the SAP workbench and it's ready for you to use. What this report does is create a file for every technical object that is involved in your report/program/module pool. So effectively you feed a folder to the report selection screen, which will be used to drop a series of files. So run the report on standard SAP's RSEIDOC2 which is the Idoc report behind transaction code WE02 and a folder with the name RSEIDOC2 is created with a whopping 78 files.
